To secure, arrange and administer training and other related resource material for players.

To secure, arrange and administer training and other related resource material for coaches.

Ensure that the needs of the coaches of the Club are met and that their concerns are dealt with. Initiate the organization of clinics for upgrading coaching qualifications.

Encourage coaching education in the Club and promote coaches to upgrade their qualifications through appropriate courses.

Serve as a liaison between the Coaches/Division Managers and the Executive with respect to matters involving coaching.
